RollerRoof® i.e. endless rolls of corrugated thermoplastic products up to 5 mt. width. This innovative patented technology allows to produce in continuous extrusion, by means of a corrugated wheel mold, rolled sheets with the corrugation perpendicular to the extrusion direction shaped as ondulated greca, sinusoidal or omega wave with or without studs on the surface allowing to obtain a perfect alignment and overlaying junction of the roofing and/or insulating effect through the creation of a twin wall profile.
The traditional technology allows the production of thermo-plastic corrugated sheet only in plates of limited widths and length being the waves longitudinal, i.e. in the same direction of extrusion.
