GENERAL COMPOSITION OF OUR COMPLETE LINES:
Extruder:
own engineered and manufactured single screw extruders, equipped with long life bearings and  rotating parts, D.C. and A.C. motors and original screw profiles, accurate pressure and temperature controls.
Continuos flow filtering:
devices allowing mesh replacement during operation.
Extrusion dies:
extrusion dies are of our engineering and construction and have internal conveying systems specifically engineered for top quality productions. Our dies can be equipped with interchangeable lips for different thicknesses and continuous thickness control systems;
Temperature control cabinet:
for extruder and head with automatic operation.
Calender:
calibrating/cooling calenders with forward-backward motorized motion. They are of  strong construction allowing high closing pressure of rollers through pneumatic or oil hydraulic systems. Rollers driven by individual motors. Uniform surface temperatures across the rollers width thanks to a peculiar circulation systems of cooling liquid inside the cylinders and to precise operation of own engineered thermoconditioning unit. Mirror polished and embossed rollers, diameters up to 600 mm., easy replaceable from the front.

Haul-off group:
consisting of a couple of rolls, one or both driven, one rubberized with pneumatic opening-closing control.
Longitudinal cutting units:
with fixed blades, rotating discs or circular saw.
Transversal cutting units:
with cutting device, guillotine type, or rotating translating saw.
Edges recovery systems:
cutting, evacuation, crashing.
Automatic stacking unit:
complete with conveying belts and pneumatic board delivery.
Front winders:
up to 4 winding shafts provided with pneumatic block of mandrels and adjustable speed motors. Max bobbin diameter mm. 1000. Compensators for high speed doffing  available.
Cantilever winders:
with 2 winding shafts provided with expansion mandrel.
Feeding cabinet and control desk:
All motors of the line are fed by DC converter or AC inverter system placed inside the cabinet.
All functions are controlled from one desk where instruments are located. An original control system of line motors allows stepless speed variations in the range 0,1 to 50 mt/min. with single tolerances 0,2%.
All our sheets and plates extrusion lines can be equipped with:
Computerized controls acting on temperatures, speed, pressure and thicknesses;
Thickness gauge monitoring;
Automatic bobbin change;
In line waste recovery;
